Our Brewery

Lumina Brewing Company is dedicated to producing beer in small batches. We brew our beer right on premises. All of our beer is fresh with no preservatives. We specialize in brewing German and Bohemian Style Beer. We brew our European Style beer in accordance with the Bavarian Brewing Tradition of “Reinheitsgebot”, the German beer purity law of 1516. This means that nothing is added to the beer except yeast, hops, water and grain. All of our Bavarian Style Beer contains malt and hops from Germany. Our Brew masters have extensively traveled Germany and the Czech Republic and have visited many breweries to learn the art of old world style brewing.

Our Bohemian Pilsner is made from floor malted Bohemian Barley and Saaz Hops from the Czech Republic. This beer is very light in color with good hop flavor. To give this beer a truly old world style, this beer is unfiltered. Available January, 17th 2012.
Our kellebier is deep orange in color and has been lagered for 8 weeks. Very similar to our Marzenfestbier but with more body and a deeper color. Available March 2012.
Our Porter is rich, robust and sweet with a nice hint of Chocolate. Available Now.
Our summer ale is made with wheat and pilsner malts, bitter and sweet orange peel as well as lemon peel. This is our most popular beer, this is why we are brewing it year round. In stock now!
